Tuo Cha
Tuo Cha -bowl tea- is a term that describes tea leaves
that have been pressed into a hollowed-out bowl shape. These miniature, acorn-size tuo cha offer a novel
way of preparing Puerh tea. Simply place one in a cup and add hot water.
Great for work and traveling!

PREPARATION:
To
prepare Mini Puerh Tuo Cha, remove paper wrapping and place one piece
per cup of water in a teapot,
teacup or gaiwan.
Fill with boiling water, infuse
3-5 minutes and serve. (The tea should be dark red to black in color.)
After the first infusion Puerh Tuo Cha maybe resteeped multiple times,
or if you are preparing it in a cup, simply keep adding hot water.
