9am - Visit to Tokoname ceramics district
Noon - Lunch
2pm - Kouju-in (tea temple)
3pm - Jissou-ji (tea temple)
4pm - Matcha Factory Tour & Tea Tasting
8pm - Dinner
10pm - Return to Ryokan

DAY FOUR (May 9th)
8am - Breakfast
9am - Bullet Train to Kyoto
noon - Check in to Guesthouse
1pm - Lunch in the neighborhood (on your own)
Afternoon: Visit to Daitoku Zen Temple Compound
2pm - Juko-in: Pilgrimage to grave of Sen Rikyu
3pm - Daisen-in: Zen rock garden
4pm - Koto-in: tea at the moss garden
6pm - Daiji-in: Buddhist Vegetarian Dinner
8pm - Public Bath (open until 1am)

DAY FIVE (May 10th)
8am - Breakfast
